SurfNet give limited access to the local PC file folder.
2)When parent want to use other browser, what they have to do?
Parent can key in the adminstration password to disable the Surfnet webtool
3)SurfNet is best use for what age?
The content of the virtual library is customize to each group level respectively. They are kidergraten childen, primary and secondary student, together with parent contents and guidance.
4)Why need to pay for renewal fees?
Because the virtual library is daily updated with the latest study material and development, we also add on more service features and tools.
5)Can we get a trial version?
Yes, you can download from SurfNet Download
6)If we don't want to subscribe after 1 year, so is SurfNet still can be used?
Yes, SurfNet still can be use, but can't access to our global learning centre.
7)How to change SurfNet administrator password?
Click on the Tools icon on the icon bar, select Log In on menu to sign in with the default user name and password. Select Change Password, to change the administrator name and password. Password length has to be at least 6 character and they are case sensitive. Click Save button to save changes.
8)What is SurfNet administrator tool?
SurfNet's Administrator Tools are designed for parents to control and change the SurfNet setting, and it is only functionable after sign in the administrator password. SurfNet Administrator Tools contain the following setting categories. To change any setting, click on the setting's name and make your changes. Remember to log out or restart SurfNet after made changes, to prevent any unauthorized changes.
9)How to Switch On or Shutdown Surfnet Browser?
When you swith on your computer, The SurfNet Browser will automatic switch on. When you want to switch off The SurfNet Browser, Just go to click "File > Exit", or go back to desktop "Right click the SurfNet's icon and click Exit Browser". If you haven't login yet, please login first and click "Exit Browser".

Just go to Renew Page for renew Surfnet Virtual Library.
